Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Once payment has been successfully completed, your order will be confirmed and submitted for preparation.

Due to the nature of freshly prepared food and beverages, confirmed orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once payment has been made, except where required by applicable law or where Tasti Café is unable to fulfil the order.

Estimated preparation and collection time is approximately 60 minutes from the time the order is placed, although this may vary during busy periods.

If there is an issue with your order, such as an incorrect, missing or defective item, please contact Tasti Café as soon as possible so that we can review and resolve the matter.
